I got spammed on several e-mail accounts by several different Obama organizations asking to attend rallies or at the very least, contribute money.

It’s not that I think search engines would penalize me, it’s more that I’d be worried about my visitor’s perception of such a domain name.

It’s great you have the knowledge, ability and intelligence to isolate the origin of your spam, i bet if you wanted, you could share this knowledge with the world and help us all rid our mail of unwanted messages….but i’m also thinking is this is just another pseudo charge against obama…amazing what depths the right will sink to.

I wouldn’t call biz a spammer’s haven, but it is true that spammers have flocked to biz & info domains. As a result, I don’t think I would ever buy a biz domain. It’s not that I think search engines would penalize me, it’s more that I’d be worried about my visitor’s perception of such a domain name.

I don’t think it is necessary to spend so much buying every domain name that surrounds your main domain. That is just being overly paranoid.
